Kaitlyn Essman is the Chief Talent Officer for the Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center. In this role she oversees the JCC’s Total Talent Rewards strategy and the implementation of its employer brand. Kaitlyn is not just about policies and procedures; she’s all about fostering a culture of trust, respect, and mutual support. From innovative onboarding processes to personalized development plans, she ensures that each team member feels like an integral part of our JCC staff family.

Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Prior to joining our family of staff in 2016, she held Human Resource roles in a variety of industries which include staffing, RPO (recruitment process outsourcing), Consumer Good Manufacturing, and Utility Services.

Kaitlyn, her husband, Thomas, and their two young boys are active participants in JCC programs, including Gan Ami Early Childhood Education, aquatics, recreation, family programs, and JCC Rainbow Day Camp.
