Jonah began his tenure in early 2023 as Chief Innovation Officer with direct supervision of the agency’s Program Department, Jewish Community Pantry, Center for Inclusion & Special Needs, and Volunteer Hub. He most recently served as CEO of the JCC in York, PA, after previously spending 20+ years working professionally in Jewish camping and retreat centers. Originally from Pittsburgh, Jonah earned degrees in Journalism, Jewish Studies, and Hebrew from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He is a graduate of Jewish Community Center Association’s Executive Director Training Program, The Wexner Foundation’s Field Fellowship, and Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership. Jonah is married to Jennifer Noparstak and is the father of three children, Ari, Ezra, and Lea.
