JCC Member Update: Indoor Pool Closure
Each year, we communicate with our members about the scheduled closure of the Peck Aquatic Center to retile and regrout the pools as part of our ongoing commitment to providing a high-quality aquatics experience.
We have intentionally scheduled this work towards the end of summer so our members still have access to the Hy & Richard Smith JCC Water Park in Mequon, and our adult lap swimmers can use the pool at Whitefish Bay High School.
Peck Aquatic Center Closure
Indoor pools closing: Saturday, August 17, at 7:00 PM
Indoor pools reopening: Tuesday, September 3, at 5:00 AM
Through Labor Day weekend, JCC members will have the options below available for lap swimming. We’re excited to be able to adjust our staffing during this indoor pool closure to offer a Monday outdoor lap swim option as well.

All 6 lanes open for Adult Lap Swim ONLY

Tuesday-Sunday
One lap lane available during regular operating hours

Aqua Fit Deep Group Exercise classes will be held at the water park on Thursdays at 10:30 AM through the end of August.

JCC members must present their JCC key fob and a photo ID for entry

Whitefish Bay High School pool will be closed during Labor Day weekend.
During the closure of the Peck Aquatic Center, we will also be performing routine maintenance on the whirlpools in the Men’s & Women’s Health Centers.
Women’s Health Center Whirlpool
Closing: Sunday, August 18, at 7:00 PM
Reopening: Thursday, August 22, at 5:00 AM
The shower area will be closed on Monday, August 19. It will reopen for use on Tuesday, August 20.
Men’s Health Center Whirlpool
Closing: Sunday, August 25, at 7:00 PM
Reopening: Thursday, August 29, at 5:00 AM
The shower area will remain open for use during the whirlpool closure.
