The Harry and Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization and your donation is tax-deductible within the guidelines of U.S. law. To claim a donation as a deduction on your U.S. taxes, please keep your email donation receipt as your official record. We’ll send it to you upon successful completion of your donation.
A notification of your tribute can be sent to the honoree either by postal mail or email. If you provide us with an email address for the tribute recipient, that is the method we will use. Both printed and emailed tribute cards are beautifully designed and appropriate to your contribution’s designation. As a recurring donor, you can help guarantee consistency and continuity at the JCC. Donate online with a credit card and choose to make a sustaining gift to be charged automatically to your credit card monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually. You may make changes to or suspend your gift at any time by contacting Laura Slatky-Verkuilen, Development Coordinator, at lslatky-verkuilen@jccmilwaukee.org or 414-967-8179.
If you choose to dedicate your gift in honor or in memory of someone and request for an individual or family to be notified, we will send a tribute card according to your instructions. The amount of your donation will not be shared by the JCC at any time. A listing of all tributes is shared on a quarterly basis in our JCC Journal publication which is posted on jccmilwaukee.org. You may indicate on this form if you wish for your donation to be listed as Anonymous in our publications.
