Intro to Indoor Group Cycle

Join our 7-week beginner indoor cycle class, designed to take you from a 20-minute ride to a full 40-minute session! Each week, you’ll build your endurance and confidence with guided workouts that gradually increase in duration and intensity. Our expert instructors will lead you through a mix of sprints, climbs, and steady-state rides, all in a fun and supportive environment. By the end of the program, you’ll feel ready to tackle longer rides. Get ready to pedal your way to a healthier, stronger you!
