Designed for adult lap swimmers of all experience levels, Masters Swim Club combines coached practices with independent workouts. Participants will gain familiarity with structured swim practices, track their personal progress, and exploring competitive swimming options if desired.
Beginner lanes will work on stroke development, efficiency, and building endurance. Swimmers in beginner lanes must be able to swim 100 yards (4 lengths) continuously and swim 1000 yards comfortable in a 60-minute practice.
Masters lanes will work on building endurance and stroke work. Swimmers in masters lanes should be able to swim 500 yards continuously and expect to swim between 1800-2400 yards comfortably in a 60-minute practice.
