Building a Stronger Community Together

December 4, 2013

By Moshe Katz, Chair of the JCC Board of Directors and Jane Chernof, Fundraising Committee Chair

Thank you for choosing to be a part of the Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center. This past year, families in need received financial assistance exceeding $250,000. Your kindness during our Annual Scholarship Appeal helps to make this possible.  Together we will accomplish that and more this year.

Every day, our members and friends come together to build a stronger community.  Here at the JCC, we are grateful for the generosity of spirit, time and resources our friends and members entrust in us and our programs.

As you consider you contribution this year, pleas know that your assistance makes a profound difference in the lives of those we serve.  Ever member of our family benefits from your generosity; young and old, in all ways that your community center serves its mission.

Your contribution becomes an investment in:

Early Childhood Learners – Nearly$45,000 in scholarships was offered to families in Gan Ami Early Childhood Education.

Day & Overnight Campers – 109 families (145 children) received financial assistance so they could experience the best of Jewish camping.

Friends with Special Needs – Funding for our special needs programming ensures that no one is turned away because of cost.

Experiences of every age – Your help is directly applied to the many social, wellness and educational programs available for our senior adult community.

Please, help us in reaching our goal and support your JCC’s 2014 Annual Scholarship Appeal.  Any amount helps, but your gift of $54 or more will insure that no one is turned away because of financial need.  Click here to make your secure online donation or contact Ruth Wallace at 414-967-8233.
