Commit to be Fit – weight-loss and exercise challenge
What happens when you combine regular exercise, lower stress levels, better sleep and a well balanced diet? Healthy habits that assist you in weight loss, lower biometrics and increased energy levels! Join us on a 12 week journey to a healthier you. This includes one small group personal training session plus additional workouts from your certified personal trainer for you to complete on your own each week. You’ll also receive an entire program guide filled wellness and nutrition tips and homework which your trainer will review with you each week. As a participant you’ll also receive 25% off Personal Training Packages during the program!
Commit to be Fit is for ages 18 and up.
MVF: $260 Fee: $335 PTRN: $260
Registration begins 12/4/17 for members and 12/11/17 for program users
To register for the program you’ll commit to one of the small group training sessions below. All sessions are 60 min long and meet in the personal training studio located off of the fitness floor.

- Thursday 10am with Sam
- Thursday 5:30pm with Pat
- Thursday 7pm with Andy
- Friday 6:30am with Ally
- Friday 4pm with Andy
- Saturday 12pm with Spencer
- Sunday 11am with Neila
Kick Off Meeting
Sunday January 7th, 11:00-12:30pm
Jump start the program by attending the kickoff meeting. You’ll meet your trainer, receive your program guide, complete your pre-program wellness evaluation and listen to encouraging advice from a registered nutritionist!
