Tapestry: Arts and Ideas

Adults Harry & Rose Samson Family JCC
Tapestry is about celebration, exploration, and building a community through the arts. Through performance, conversation, and exhibitions, we find a new language for exploring what unites us.
A woman wearing a white dress.

The JCC’s focus on arts and ideas extends beyond any one discipline, and celebrates the wide spectrum of Jewish thought across all mediums.

We know that Jewish culture and arts are the common denominator of the Jewish people, and the backbone of a Jewish community. The arts tie us together, provoke us, help us express ourselves.

The arts build community.

From a staged reading to a featured symphonic performance, Tapestry Arts & Ideas at the JCC partners with artists and experts around the world – and right here in Milwaukee – to bring our community meaningful moments across the entire spectrum of Jewish life, culture, and tradition.
