Summer Kickboxing Boot Camp

6-Week Kickboxing Boot Camp will be emphasizing successful goal setting, metabolic circuit training,core strengthening, proper kickboxing technique and effective combinations. This is a complete fitness program involving group class workout, advised strength training weekly routine, nutritional guidelines for weight loss/management, goal setting, and last day celebration workout with completion diplomas. Important Note: This is not a choreographed aerobic kickboxing program. This is an intense 2-Minute Rounds interval training class involving ring-proven punches, kicks, knees, elbows, and functional exercises. We will be safely striking focus mitts and free standing bags. This program is for all fitness levels but it is advised to set a solid exercise program at least 45-minutes three days per week ASAP. Participants who finish all six weeks will receive a Completion Diploma authenticated by Sensei Sahnya Thom and her Martial Art lineage, Universal Systems of Karate. Mandatory equipment: All participants are required to bring his/her own boxing gloves, water bottle, and a focused attitude. Instructor: 6th Degree Master Black Belt and Certified.
