30 minutes is all you need- 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. This high intensity 30 minute workout can help you improve your aerobic and anaerobic capacities as well as improve your metabolism and can help you burn more fat then a traditional 60 minute workout. Weight loss edition is geared towards individuals looking to loose 10lbs or less. Ages 18 & Up. Trainer: Sam Schley.
