Power Based Training for Cyclist

Improve pedal stroke and power. This class is geared for the outdoor cyclist looking to improve their pedal stroke and power. In these three one-hour sessions you will analyze your performance with use of the power meter and heart rate. In cycling, energy is expressed in terms of work, such as how hard you have to work to ascend ... It's the building block from which all power-based training flows. Sport-specific strength training programs are fundamental to an athlete's development and success. Prepare yourself for the upcoming season. 3 Saturdays 5 May 9th, 16th and 23rd.
