The Big Melt Down is a 12 week program that takes a realistic approach to weight loss and lifestyle change. This program will help you with real-life self empowerment, exercise, eating and living. Certified Personal Trainers, Nutritionist and Wellness Coaches will monitor your 12 week journey to a healthier you. The program consists of 2 group training sessions per week (pick one of the four sessions when registering), a weekly wellness/nutrition meeting on Wednesday evenings, group and individual challenges and wellness coaching.

Kickbox Circuit Training (L3) Session I

This exercise class is geared towards individuals with Parkinson Disease (PD) and is led by a physical therapist and personal trainer. The hour-long class is split into two half-hour sessions. 30 minutes are spent walking on a treadmill (sometimes backwards) and 30 minutes working on strength and flexibility with a focus on trunk mobility. The theory behind this program is that improved trunk mobility combined with an aerobic conditioning program should lead to improvement of functional activities used in everyday life. Clients in all stages of the disease are welcome, as well as new participants.

After completion of this three part course, participants will be able to use the fitness center on their own. Learn the basics of a workout and the benefits of exercise. Youth under the age of 14 must take this class in order to use the fitness facility. If these times are not convenient for you, then schedule a one-on-one session with one of our personal trainers.
