This exercise class is geared towards individuals with Parkinson Disease (PD) and is led by a physical therapist and personal trainer. The hour-long class is split into two half-hour sessions. 30 minutes are spent walking on a treadmill (sometimes backwards) and 30 minutes working on strength and flexibility with a focus on trunk mobility. The theory behind this program is that improved trunk mobility combined with an aerobic conditioning program should lead to improvement of functional activities used in everyday life. Clients in all stages of the disease are welcome, as well as new participants.

Power Based Training for Cyclist

In these three one-hour sessions you will analyze your performance with use of the power meter and heart rate. In cycling, energy is expressed in terms of work, such as how hard you have to work to ascend ... It's the building block from which all power-based training flows. Sport-specific strength training programs are fundamental to an athlete's development and success. Prepare yourself for the upcoming season. 3 Saturdays 5 May 9th, 16th and 23rd.
