Sherwood Temkin 3rd/4th Winter Madness Basketball

Sun 2:30 PM- 4:30 PM
This league focuses on skill development, teamwork and most of all fun! These are instruction leagues with modified rules. League is set up with first 2 weeks of program as practices and last 8 weeks with game play. The league will use appropriate rim heights and balls to ensure that all athletes get the most out of their experience. Participants will receive on-court instruction from our officials in a game setting as well as team t-shirts. The JCC will randomly assign teams and volunteer will help teach the participants. All games and practices will be 5o minutes in length and be held at the JCC Marcus Gym or the MJDS Field House. Join us for Winter Madness and score big on fun. Times are 2:30pm, 3:30pm, and 4:30pm.

Barre class is designed to lengthen and strengthen the body. It uses elements of classical Ballet and Pilates in order to sculpt arms tighten the abdominals tone the hamstrings and lift the rear end.
