The JCC's Youth Strength Training program is for members ages 12-14 who are interested in learning how to use the cardio and strength machines under the knowledge and guidance of one of our nationally certified personal trainers. After completion of this three part course, participants will be able to use the fitness center on their own. Learn the basics of a workout and the benefits of exercise.

Barre Class is designed to lengthen and strengthen the body. It employes elements of classical Ballet and Pilates in order to sculpt arms, tighten the abdominals, tone the hamstrings and lift the rear end. Standing exercises at the Barre, small weights and mat work all combine to improve strength and alignment to help you move through your day with the ease of a dancer.
